Coming Up...
The art project for my kids’ elementary school this month was learning about the Northwest Coast native cedar plank mask-making tradition, and they wanted to learn more (yay!), and I wanted to show them some current work, not just history book work (and yes, I’m taking them to the Burke, too, for in-the-flesh art viewing).
